- All nannies have a recognised qualification or at least two years experience working as a nanny/nursery nurse.
- Nannies are all CRB police checked.
- Every nanny is met personally by us, face to face.
- Nanny duties include the welfare, feeding, washing, ironing, entertainment and educational needs of your child/ren in the absence of the parents.
- Most nannies would not expect to carry out house work, except for cleaning up after children and their nursery and bedrooms.
- Employers are responsible for public liability insurance.
- Nannies always talk in nett pay, after the deduction of tax and national insurance.
- As the employer, you are responsible for paying the nanny's wages including the Tax and National Insurance contributions.
- A sample contract can be provided on request.
- Our fees become payable as soon as a job offer has been made by a client to the nanny, and then accepted by the nanny.
